Local Delivery FAQ

Q: How does it work?
A: Use the code: FreeVancouverDelivery at checkout to recieve free local delivery within the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley(See "Which cities apply for local delivery" below). We will contact you shortly after your purchase to arrange a convenient time to drop off your goods within an eligible city. Please leave a phone number in the "Special Instructions" at checkout.

Q: Which cities apply for local delivery?
A: Currently only the Greater Vancouver Area and parts of the Fraser Valley are eligible for free local delivery.
-Eligible with NO minimum purchase: N/S/E/W Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, the Tricities, Surrey, Delta and Langley BC
-Eligible with minimum $25 purchase: Aldergrove, Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack and Hope BC

Q: What happens if I use the code but the delivery address is in a city that's not listed above?
A: We will contact you to determine whether you would like to make arrangements to pay our $10 Canada wide shipping. If not we will refund your order.

Q: What happens if I'm not available for my confirmed delivery?
Please make every effort to let us know a full day ahead of time. If it is within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery, please contact us at 778-242-2546 at LEAST 2 hours before your delivery time to reschedule. If we are already on route to deliver your order, your order will be refunded and a $5 noshow fee will be deducted from your refund.
Last minute cancellation refunds will be made via e-transfer to the email you provided with your order.
